• Call the Harrisburg Branch of ERIE Insurance during normal business hours at (800) 382-1304
• Call the 24 Hour Claim Service Hotline for after hours service at (800) 367-3743
• File your claim online
• File an AUTO glass claim by calling EI Glass at (800) 552-ERIE, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. (Damage to a vehicle, EXCEPT for glass, should be reported through one of the other above options.)
